The hotel is new and undergoing it’s ‘run in’ period, so expect a few teething issues. With only one staff member on check in, it took 30 minutes due to computer issues. However, the staff member was lovely and very apologetic. The room was clean, spacious and with great amenities. The aircon took a few minutes to come on, so initially we thought it was broken and called Reception. Staff came promptly but the aircon had started by then. Some of the lighting switches did not work, a problem experienced by a friend in another room, so connections need to be checked. The rooftop brasserie is awesome, with a fantastic view over Lake Kinnaret, friendly staff and a good, limited selection of food. We didn’t try the restaurant for dinner but breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food. The hotel is Kosher.
