Biggest drawback was paid parking which actually came as a surprise as that was NOT shown when I booked htis hotel in hotels.com. It showed as if parking included. I only came to know about the paid parking the day of the checkin, which is NOT a good experience from hotels.com as well. Coming to the hotel, location was okay. The first room given to us had very bad smell and even worse, some machines were running on the floor, probably to avoid smoking related smell or something. Worst part is the front desk person who gave us that room was NOT even aware of this, which is ridiculous. And this person said they don't have any other king suit available when she first gave this room to us. But, when we complained about this smelling room, she immediately gave us another one available in 8th floor. While we appreciate giving different room, they should have given us good/non-smelling room in the first place. The internet was worst, not working and we couldn't use it our whole stay. When complained to the front desk person during checkout, he just plainly said it's due to issues in Wi-fi coverage in top floor due to weather conditions and could do nothing else. Overall, the experience was not so great and hence giving poor rating.
