I have videos of roaches and ants. Door card stopped working twice. One at night when no one was at the front counter. Sat up front on the floor with two littles waiting for someone to show up to let us in. Then she had an attitude with me like it was my fault. Bad stay, rude staff, nasty place...

Okay hotel for the price

The pool in the pictures look much larger than it was in real life I know this is a common thing but it was very very small. There were no doors on the cabinets in our room and the countertop had lots and lots of gouge marks from people using it as a cutting board. We noticed several bugs during our stay and the bathroom door was warped so that it would not shut properly. The air conditioning worked amazing the beds were comfortable. The hallway smelled like fried chicken and the stairwell had a very chemical smell.

Issues: I Couldn’t check in until about 4pm room wasn’t done getting cleaned Our room was in the back on the lot of the hotel it was men standing all in the parking lot One man was cutting hair in the bushesthe bushes also man standing outside all day and night Lastly the back door opens without a key unsafe! I didn’t know like anything about the hotel they were roaches ants the cupboard doors to the sink were off. You can see all the plumbing there were no cups in the room. There were no essentials like hotels have when you went into the snack room for a snack machine They mostly all out of order. It was a horrible stay and One essentials that hotels have for the rooms you had to buy a cup to drink water or to get coffee. I’ve never in my life seen anything is horrible as this I don’t see why they are even allowed to be opened.

Although the room was clean, parts of the property on the interiors needs some renovation. elevator needs some love. Security for exit door not working, anyone without a key can access the building. Mattress was little flimsy. Need better pillows. No freshen up of bathroom or bedding for the 3 nights i stayed. No equipment in the cupboards. Don't know if any is provided at desk. No one there after 9pm. Not sure who i would have had to call if i had a problem at night. I guess for the price, you get what you get.
