I had a great one-night stay at the Best Western Plus Executive Residency Nashville. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay — a super comfortable bed, nice shower, and convenient amenities. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and well-stocked, a great way to start the morning. Overall, it was a short stay but a very pleasant experience. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville!

Homeless people coming in the building and hanging out by the doors and approaching people as they walked by. Apparent drug deals going on through the back door. Sexual activity being performed in the parking lot. People sleeping by the pool. Screaming and fighting during the night. I could go on and on. We spoke with management multiple times and was told if we didn’t report it as soon as it happened they couldn’t do anything. They have a security guard that parks in the parking lot but is never in the vehicle and is never anywhere around the building. Yes we looked for him. Please for your safety skip this place. Absolutely awful . We left early because we felt unsafe but was told we couldn’t get a refund. NEVER STAY HERE EVER EVER EVER.

Filthy room, but comfortable bed.

Everything was so dirty. There were items and trash from previous stays in plain view on the floor. The walls by the toilet were dirty and stained yellow, behind the beds was foul, the corners of the bathroom had built up hair and dirt, there was a lot of hair in the tub, etc. I don’t expect a pristine and flawlessly cleaned room, but this was bad. Also, the entire floor reeked of old cigarette smoke and there were burn holes in the curtains. I could still smell it in my clothes/luggage when I got back home. The only positive things I have to say is the bed was shockingly comfortable and the location is great. But even for the reasonable price point, you can do much better.

Unable to check in an hour after supposedly able to (arrived at 4 and check in at 3). Room not ready. Room was very dirty. Sheets had stains and dirt. Walls scuffed and dirty. Mirror was dirty, horrible lighting in bathroom (only had a shower light and below the mirror). Drain in bath tub did not drain properly. Room felt damp and smelled like dirty AC unit. Hotel was marked as a 3 star and this was 2 at BEST. Not a great area. Other guests were loud and also allowed to gather by the entry ways with Bluetooth speakers and hangout late at night. Will never stay again. Very disappointed at how much money we spent with what we received.

First room had roaches and bugs they gave a second that was dirty and had not been cleaned from the day before I asked for a refund they declined to give me a refund. We did not stay there. We went to a different hotel.

Probably wouldn’t return

Outdated. The elevator was down more than it was working I think. We were on the 5th floor & I have a health condition which makes stairs extremely difficult so on check out day we were stuck on the 5th floor while the elevator was down.

WC-Papier wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Bett wurde nicht gemacht. Die Waschküche war dreckig. Der Poolbereich wird als Raucher und Pausenecke benutzt. Dementsprechend vermüllt war dieser Bereich. Lädt nicht ein zum Baden. Sonnenschirme beim Pool nicht vorhanden.

Room looked ok. Went in, tall dressing mirror had residue, had k cups but Keurig missing, toilet bowl dirty, and new TV only.played any races. Called, day later no improvement. Had requested maid service while gone for day, no one came Back from busy day, TV still broken. Toilet still dirty, nothing done. I went down and they gave me new room. Startling to come in back from touristing, and see employees in main lobby watching TV. You couldn't pay me to stay again
