An absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was really friendly and you could tell that they genuinely cared about making guests feel welcome. The hotel had a very comforting and a relaxed atmosphere. The location was also fantastic, making it really easy to travel to other places and enjoy everything the area had to offer. I would happily stay here again and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming and easy to get around for a tourist hotel

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, yeah its not park plaza or marriot standards posh, but you don't pay that price so you get what you pay! Perfect if you just want to ise it for the nights and got lots of sightseeing etc to do, so you'll just be sleeping here. Beds are not greeeaaaat though!

Good sized clean room in nice part of London. Good value for money. Arrived late, left early. Warm evening and they had plugged a fan in for when I returned from the football. Staff smiled, bed was comfortable. No one banging on your door from 9.30. Well done

Like the location have stayed in the general area 4 times. Hotel room is small which is fine for 1 person. Shower door was screwed up and u had to put a hand against it or water leaked all over the floor and the bed was in a corner where a wall had been put up. Extremely awkward to get in and out of.. but overall I would stay againe

Our stay was perfect. The front desk staff were super helpful and made check in/out so simple. The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay in London. The underground was quick and easy to get to, always felt safe walking, even by myself at night. Would highly recommend!
