4/10 一般

Overpriced for a tiny room that is falling apart. Hotel looks great from the outside, but that good feeling ends once you step into the room. Smallest room I have EVER seen, the shower is worst - even a smaller man like me couldn't turn around comfortably without opening the door. It also sinks around 3 inches down the floor, so it is harder to get in and out. All wooden parts are either peeling or cracking - got a minor cut from wood splinter at the bathroom door. The only "table" could only fit 70% of my 13" laptop, ridiculous. Window literally leaks - chilling wind blows in at night with no way to shut off noise. TV is completely dead - no channel has any reception at all. The bigger rooms might be better, but the single room should be avoided. You have to pay me to stay for over a week. This is actually the most expensive room per night on my trip, and by far the worst one. I have stayed at another hotel on the previous week (2 tube stations away), and it was way better while being ~20% cheaper per night. Location is great and the area seems safe, but there are better choices.

Great location, but small and loud

The room is super tiny, but the location is excellent, easy to get around the city and the airport and train stations. The staff is helpful, but the walls are very thin so it is strongly recommended to bring ear plugs.

I've seen this place get some bad reviews. I'd say for value for money in the area that it's in it does the job. If you just want a safe comfy bed and bathroom facilities with welcoming friendly staff on reception then this place is fine. You aren't surrounded by luxury but you should be expecting that for what you pay. We would book again without hesitation when in London as our intention is always to spend more time out of the hotel than in it.

Hotel antigo, mas muito bom, cama muito confortável, limpo todos os dias, banheiro bom, equipe muito simpática e prestativa!!! Tinha uma chaleira elétrica que todos os dias eles deixavam chá, café e leite, onde economizamos tomando café no quarto! A localização também é ótima, fica perto da estação Earl,s court que passavam duas linhas de metrô, a Picadilly Line e a District Line que davam acesso aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade! O bairro muito bom e a rua da estação tem muitos restaurantes, conveniência 24 horas, etc! Recomendo muito este Hotel!!!!!

The hotel is in an excellent location to shops and Earl's Court station just minutes walk away. It is situated in a quiet square. We would stay here again. The room size was fine. The beds were very comfortable and the room was cleaned daily, the lovely cleaning staff do an excellent job. One power socket in the room didn't work. Booking in was efficient but not very welcoming. Yes shower is small but water pressure and temperature fine. Overall happy for price paid and location

Great location, in a quiet square, 5 min walk from Earl's Court station. Had a basement room, which in itself was fine, a bit musty. No breakfast service. Kettle, tea, coffee provided in room, also a hairdryer. Clean bedclothes, towels. Bathroom well stocked. Smallest shower I've ever seen, but decent. My only real concern was the complete lack of security. There were outside stairs down to the basement, right outside my window which was secured by nothing other than a Brighton fastener and unfastened when I arrived. There were railings and a locked gate but still, very easy to hurdle. The room had a radiator that I turned off but a pipe in the wall kept the room far too hot, so we slept with the window open. There was a safe in the wardrobe that I couldn't get to work but it wasn't secured anyway so anyone could have just taken the whole thing. And after my night out, I arrived back at around 23:00, main door open, no challenge on entry. Very noisy in the morning.
