The site pictures are deceiving. The motel is older than what it looks in the pictures. The room we were in had a lot of paint, coverups and caulking, coverups in the restrooms. The service there was great. The location was great.

Our air conditioner was broken - we had to end up turning it off in order to sleep any at all. Avoid 206. They were fully booked so no changing rooms. When we checked out we were told the manager would give us a call - we never received a call.

The hotel is nice and was updated fairly recently. Bedding comfortable. Unfortunately, there were multiple rooms of high school students there for a tournament. While the adults tried to keep them quiet, they were loud at 10:30 - 11 pm and again in the morning 6:30 - 7 - doors slamming, opening, yelling, knocking, some running down the halls. Luckily we were only there 2 nights and the adults really did try -- which we appreciated. Would have been nice if they had put all the rooms without kids in one area of the hotel ..

The comfort of the room was great. The heated tub did not work when we first arrived, however it was fixed the next day. The staff was excellent in handling us with respect. The pool was enjoyable except for the children being a lil unruly and their guardian was not very attentive. Again the staff quickly handled that instance as well.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We had an issue with our TV not coming on. I went downstairs with remote thinking it was the battery. The guy at the desk replaced the batteries and came upstairs to make sure that it worked. Come to find out it was a loose cable.

Room we were assigned was not partitioned as shown in the photo while selecting rooms. Bathroom wall was falling apart. No fan for the bathroom. We booked a room for four, there was no bedding for the pull out couch or extra pillows for the pull out couch. Overpriced Stay with Maintenance and Service Short

Upon arriving in our room, we immediately noticed several issues. The sofa bed had dirty sheets, and the room was uncomfortably hot. We called reception, and a front desk staff member came to address the situation, managing to get the air conditioning running. However, despite their efforts, the room remained excessively warm throughout the night. The next morning, I reported the issue again, and while the second night showed a slight improvement in temperature, the room was still too hot, and we were unable to adjust it further. Overall, the temperature control in the room significantly impacted our comfort during the stay. Additionally, they replaced the towels in the morning, leaving only three towels and there were four in the room. Considering the high price we paid, it seems likely that we could have stayed at a different hotel where everything was functioning properly, with greater attention to detail and better customer service. This experience fell short of expectations, especially given the cost.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel that we have had less than desirable service. We generally stay at this hotel for all of the football home games and other times we need to be in CS. Even though we asked at check in for our room to be cleaned, it was not cleaned the first night we were there. Had to ask and got a really bad attitude from the desk clerk. Hotel is under construction and they are taking up lots of parking spaces with construction equipment and debris. There were not enoght parking spaces for the number of rooms. When I questioned the front desk the lady with a very bad attitude told me they did not guarantee parking for guests. Not sure where they expect us to park
