TERRIBLE SERVICE – DO NOT RECOMMEND
I stayed at Novotel São Paulo North Center and had a horrible experience. Despite my confirmed reservation, the front desk refused to give me a room until 2 pm, after a long flight. Staff do not speak English, which is unacceptable for an international hotel.
When I finally got a room, the bathroom had a dangerous water leak that was never fixed, despite repeated complaints. After moving to another room, I discovered they don’t even clean properly—the same plastic tag stayed on the floor all day.
At checkout, the manager promised a refund that never happened. A month earlier, I stayed at Novotel Santa Cruz, Bolivia, and the service was excellent—the complete opposite.
Avoid this hotel. Terrible service, unsafe conditions, and false promises.
