Slow but friendly checkin that allowed us to get in early. Rooms smelled funky, bathroom towels overused and scratchy. Shower head has mold and bathtub had hair on it. Cheap room, got what we paid for.

Not a safe environment/crooked

This was a staycation for me as I just needed to get away from my house for a few days. This day started out fine until the second day when I was awoken at 2:30 in the afternoon by somebody playing loud music outside my window. The windows in the hotel open, so I decided on probably a poor decision to yell out the window at the person to lower their music. As they could not hear me, my yelling got louder, and by the time they heard it was loud. The gentleman who was playing the music Got out of this vehicle, left his door wide open at this point the music had stopped and a severe weather alert was playing through his speakers. He got frustrated at me yelling at him and chose to threaten me to come down to the parking lot so he could kick my butt When I noticed that the man was the front desk clerk that checked me in the night before, I decided to go to the front desk and complain. When I arrived at the front desk, the man continued to swear, and threatened me, and had to be separated by a staff member. There was another customer there that heard the whole thing, but said she was not bothered by the noise because she appreciated the weather alert. I was bothered as it woke me up and the man told me I shouldn’t even be sleeping during the day? Who is he to tell me what to do in my room on my stay! This escalated to having the manager come in on a Sun( not happy)Only to take his side and had me removed from the property and keep my money. Never in my life have I experienced!!

Filthy sheets and mattress

The place is ok for one night as I was only passing through. I wouldn't have stayed longer if I had needed to. Unfortunately, upon entering the room, I pulled the cover back and there was red/brown stain on the sheet in the middle of the bed. How housekeeping would miss seeing this is beyond me or maybe they just don't care. Then, I pulled the sheet off the bed and the mattress was covered in the same stain. The mattress and sheet needs to be thrown away. Furthermore, the hotel is near a busy road so it can be quite noisy. One positive, the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful when checking me in.

Never ever trust motel 6 in Pensacola or anywhere!

It was awful at studio 6 at 8690 Pine Forest road in Pensacola Florida! It was 27° and our room was freezing. The heater did not work and the front desk clerk could not even find us online which was amazing since the person before her working check us in fine and then when she moved us next door to another room that heater didn't work either! So we froze all night! And after all night of freezing cold in our room we overslept until 11:00 check out. We tried calling the front desk to get a 12:00 check out so we could pack our things and exit the room and instead they put us on hold for 10 minutes while we were trying to get ready to leave they knocked on the door and said we forfeited our $50 damage deposit because we weren't out at 11:00 a.m.. they were so rude and from what I understand a damage deposit means damaged room or smoking in the room not that we ever slept and we couldn't have an extra 20 minutes to get our stuff together and move out. We will never stay at studio 6 motel 6 in Pensacola Florida or any other city or town. Point blank. And we will definitely deter our friends and family from their hotel which turned into be a motel back from 1955 where there was no heat at all on a 27 degree . night! It was ridiculous the way we were treated when we weren't there but from around midnight until we could get off work and until they were kicking us out the door!!!??!!
