El hotel está bien, pero nos sentimos robados Porque esperábamos otro tipo de hotel Muy mal servicio en el restaurante de bufet, si íbamos tarde ya no había nada, se tardaban en poner más comida.. terrible Lo único que nos gustó fue en el restaurante de comida mexicana, excelente atención Súper deliciosa la comida, En la Alberca de adultos estaba ok, pero lo tienen Snacks ahí, tenias que ir hasta el otro lado y estaba muy retirado, la verdad no regresó.

Muy bien distribuida acceso en la mayoría de los casos a todos los ameniedades de la propiedad de forma rapida y sencilla. Lo unico que pudiera comentar es el acceso a personas con discapacidad oadyltos mayores ya que hay que subir escaleras en algunos casos pocos en otros muchos escalo es para ingresar a algun dw los lugarea. Fuera de esto tiene de todo. Hay que reservar con tiempo las cenas en restauranes como en cialquier otro resort

I liked the beautiful pool by the beach. I was disappointed about the ocean view from my balcony, the only thing I could see was the wall. The room had a weird smell. I made a reservation for three nights but I decided to go to another resort after the first night. I wanted to go to the buffet for breakfast but there was a very long line. I have been to several resorts and this is the first time I had to get in line to have breakfast. I couldn’t sleep the night that I spent there because there were service carts going back and forth in the hallway, very noisy. The Expedia concierge did a great job trying to find me a better room although the resort was not what I was expecting.

No volvería a regresar, la propiedad no cumplió lo reservado a pesar de haber pagado por adelantado, si hubiera podido cancelo el primer día. Pague por una recamara King Zice y lo que me dieron fueron dos camas juntas, dos horas después de la hora de entrada pactada. Sus instalaciones son viejas y se descomponen con frecuencia. En mi estancia tuvieron que ir dos veces. Poca variedad de Snacks para varios días y no hay personal que se acerque a ver si uno necesita algo. Lo único rescatable son los restaurantes y algunos empleados que se esmeran por atender. En conclusión no lo recomiendo como opción, buscaría otros hoteles en un próximo viaje.
