Fue increíble desde el primer momento en que me recibieron, si reservas a través de esta plataforma te dan beneficios VIP, a pesar de las colas me dieron preferencia en la entrada, fue una atención increíble de todos ellos, amabilidad y aunque estaba lleno el hotel, tienen el personal suficiente. Su playa está muy limpia, tiene areas de comida, italiana, mexicana, asiática, americana, ensaladas, carnes, marítimas etc. su alberca solo para adultos y la alberca común limpias. El estacionamiento no tiene costo y solo es por propina. Las habitaciones en general estaban limpias, y la cama y almohada muy cómoda

En mi habitación no no había donde poner el rollo de papel, no había cobija, la cama muy dura me dolía el cuerpo al levantarme, colchones viejos, en el baño la tina es muy peligrosa, súper resbaladiza y no ponen nada por ejemplo un tapete para cuidar a los clientes.

I chose to come to this resort on a surgically repaired broken leg 6 weeks prior to arriving. It was a bad break. I received help from Cecilia, the concierge, well in advance in booking this trip, to arrange an electric scooter. She was prompt and followed me throughout the entire stay. I did drive said scooter off an embankment into a forest. At which time my daughter revoked my electric scooter license. Lol. . I lwas the slant of the path that started it, it was 0900 ish and cominf from the gym. But maybe the pathway was very slanted, there was no saving this also. The bell man, Carlos, Bravo

Although Expedia and the Palladuim resort staff acknowledged I have valid proof Expedia promised me $600 USD (per room, per stay) "Included amenities All-Inclusive $600 resort credit per room, per stay" as clearly defined on my vacation package itinerary, the resort staff acknowledged I have resort credit but then refused to actually honour. Upon assessing the overall situation, I believe the resort staff could be pocketing the resort credit.

Exceptional place to vacation. A short taxi ride to a nearby town for shopping and local cowrie. Buffet is amazing with plenty of options. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Muy buen hotel y buena comida en los diferentes restaurantes. La mayoría del staff brindó un muy buen servicio; a excepción de una mesera en el sport bar que hacía caras cada vez que le pediamos algo de comer, y el encargado de los kayaks que en los 3 días que estuvimos nunca quiso brindar el servicio y con tono soberbio. El hotel ya tiene sus años, pero está cuidado y limpio.

The staff was good and the view and the pool were great. The biggest problem was the food at the buffet. Everything I put on my plate was cold and dry. I mean COLD. We had two breakfasts, two lunches and a dinner there. The only thing that was good was the desserts. The second night we were there they played extremely loud music right below our room until 11:00 PM. There was water coming from the ceiling, we think it was the air conditioner. One night when going back to our room, an entire corridor had the lights out so we could barely see our way. I do realize that we are in Mexico, but since the majority of guests staying there spoke English, I would think the television would be in English. They had American movies in Spanish (no sub-titles.) Cecilia Contreras was a great help, but was unable to get us a refund that we requested for the last night we did not stay due to the above issues.
