整體來講好好， 只係張床太柔軟 ，令我們腰酸背痛 . 望改善， 附近好方便有多間超市，還有就是停車場方便須改善的，有朋友探訪停車場收費機有問題（以為她張信用卡有問題，本人下樓用三張信用卡都給不了⋯）而且抄牌超快因前方問題上，真的費解？

Good places are worth recommending.

Very nice place, close to the beach, convenient downstairs with supermarkets and restaurants, clean room, good and timely staff service, they provide online 24-hour service, which is worthy of recommendation! Little advice, hope to provide laundry service or equipment, that would be perfect. Air conditioning heating can be improved. Everything else is good!

Clean room, comfortable bed and nice amenities. There were a few outlets that weren't working for the four of us, we had to try out different ones to see which ones worked charge our electronics. This place is different since it's all self service. You check in and unlock with codes. Self service for more towels or necessities. If you are looking for a hotel where you have human service professionals available to support you, then this place is not for you.

Quality of room was very nice, with comfortable bed with nice bathroom and kitchen. Good choice of restaurants close by and nice that beach is only a 5 minute walk away. We stayed for 4 nights and very pleased we chose this location to use as our base while exploring Vancouver.

Walking into the building, it smelt beautiful and it had a large clean lovely foyer. The apartment was great, had everything we needed and a nice balcony. The bed was huge and comfy. The duvet was lumpy though and the plug part of the bath didnt work meaning i was unable to have a bath. Overall, we would definitely stay in something like yhis again. Good area and close to the beach and all facilities.

Clean room helpful staff. Very nice. There was some accessability issues but not insurmountable Checking in was a but confusing but staff appeared and sorted. 2nd floor is accessable to mall parking very handy.

Good communication overall. Clean kitchen and bathroom. The floors were not clean. The terrace was very dirty therefore we were not able to use it. And the pillows had a foul smell. I don’t think I would go back.
