The cable didn’t work. The non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes and had visible ash. I had to get my room key replaced 3 times. I have stayed in multiple hotels in the area and was looking for a convenient, cost-effective option near White Oak Music Hall, where I attended a concert, and I will not choose this place again. It was very inconvenient and I wish Imcould get my money back.

Lackluster

The breakfast was a piece of bread and some cereal that had no sugar flavor or anything the waffle maker was not working and not on and there's no batter and it was just a very lackluster breakfast it should be even called a breakfast I can find better things to eat on the streets walking home but anyways it was all right the guy behind the counter had no personality.

The bath tub was draining slowly No breakfast the first day because door was locked during the hours, second day breakfast was nothing, only a loaf of bread, jelly, butter and coffee. (No cream) TV was blank most of the time Stood outside at night to check in, scary. Air conditioned working good
