Great stay! I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were very helpful with tips about Rome, and the breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Affordable stay if you’re looking for somewhere to just sleep at. Very pretty inside, staff were super friendly and helpful with anything I asked or requested. The only downside is that it’s a bit of a drive from all locations, so I’d consider renting a car to get around in. Breakfast was included and the housekeeping was very thorough. Definitely recommend if it’s your first time traveling to Rome

Sad for bipoc

Customer service would not check in early from flight, as a few rooms were already available. Once a hyt couple showed up and wanted to check in they immediately removed the wait. That showed that they do not make hyt people wait, because they would not check in until they felt the urgency to check in a group of hyt men and 1 woman. should not have to wait for hyt people to come in order to be checked in (and not have to wait two more hours). Sadly, as soon as they came they got immediate service and had to wait until they came since was there first. The WiFi is quite poor. Also, they hassled over $7 (fee per day) because went online and rebooked another day with them before leaving to Denmark. When checked out one of the women said it was unnecessary and it could’ve been paid during checked out. It just felt like they did not trust because my look. They definitely made it uncomfortable and gave a hard time for no good reason. If one is bipoc, don’t recommend book here.

Godt placeret hotel tæt ved togstationen hvis man vil ind til Rom centro. Og kun 1 stop fra Peterskirken. Udstyret med udemærket gym. Rimelig pris i forhold til placering og værdi.

It was a big and nice hotel. A little old some places (like til gym). The hotel is a little far away, so we needed the taxi to go places.

Grosse déception concernant une navette attendue de l'hôtel vers Rome centre mais ce service n'existe plus depuis le covid, nous a-t-on dit à notre arrivée... déplacements obligatoirement en bus (mais ligne déviée et passages non garantis, très aléatoires) taxi (environ 15€ pour accéder à la station de metro Cornelia -la plus proche de l'hôtel) ou en train (à 20mn à pied), pour 1€ le trajet, ce qui est plus économique, sauf que Trenitalia est encore moins fiable que la SNCF en France... quelle chance quand les trains sont à l'heure ! Et quelle déception lorsqu'ils ne passaient carrément pas, ce qui nous est arrivé au moins 5 fois en 10 jours !!! Bref, bcp de contrariété due aux transports. Sinon, l'hôtel, excentré, est pas mal, au calme, et doit probablement ses 4 étoiles à sa belle piscine (où les cigales chantent) et à ses petits-déjeuners très complets. La literie, un peu trop dure selon nous, pourrait être meilleure, et il manque dans la chambre une bouilloire, équipement la plupart du temps à disposition dans les hôtels de ce standing. Les prix pratiqués au bar méritent d'être consultés car il nous est arrivé de payer les premiers jours plus cher que sur la carte (que nous n'avions pas consultée). Des avantages et des inconvénients donc, à mesurer pour un choix éclairé selon les attentes de chacun...

Beautiful hotel, stunning view, decent food and drinks. If you’re taking the train to the hotel from the airport order an uber or a taxi to the hotel. Sure the train station is a 20 minute walk from the hotel. However, it’s up 2 steep hills, and you have to cut through the nearby college.

Comunque stiamo a Novembre, cioè inverno.

Problemi con la stanza assegnata , in quanto era una stanza fredda..e usciva aria fredda. Sono sceso in reception ed ho chiesto come funzionasse il riscaldamento ma la risposta è stata deludente. In sintesi non avevano attivato il servizio del riscaldamento ( "deve venire lidraulico da un po di giorni" ) e inizialmente mi hanno offerto una coperta in piu. Mah...boh ! Poi, alla fine ho cambiato stanza , stesso problema ma era piu a temperatura . Solo questo il mio "problema" . Del resto ho solo dormito qui.

Creepy, dirty, dusty and smelly place with less than pleasant staff members. Booked by mistake through Expedia usually I come to check the place before committing to it. Maybe it used to be nice hotel years years years and years ago. Now it’s pitiful to look at.
