Decent hotel. Welcoming staff. Getting from the parking garage to the hotel and the $60 per night parking fee seemed a bit outrageous. We were there at the end of Nlaxative was not great for things to do at night because of the season.

The purpose of my trip was the Marathon weekend. The Hotel was great; the view from my room was very nice. The Hotel staff was helpful and courteous. The only things that I would say that would have made my experience complete would have been if the Hotel had provided a shuttle from the Hotel the the start point of the race and included parking. I have always found it sort of distasteful that they charge for parking for customers who are staying at the Hotel.

The staff and the view were above and beyond! Everyone was kind and smiling :) The view of the river from my room was spectacular - loved having three windows and plenty of space. The sheets could use some updating but otherwise the bed was comfortable and spacious.

Parking was expensive. I didn’t know it was not included in stay. And they had cheaper parking nearby. Also mirrors weren’t cleaned in hotel. The worst was the breakfast I paid for in the hotel. Awful repeat food that is found at other cheap hotels. Very disappointing in food quality. Especially for price that I paid to stay there. My sheets upon entering had hair on it. And bathroom picture frame had water spots on it. Clearly not cleaned ever. No microwave in sight. And cabinets in dresser were misaligned. Phone didn’t work when I dialed front desk no connection there either. I got no free gift upon entering even though I was Hilton honors member. Pool was cold upon entering, could have been warmer. Overall I don’t think I would stay there again. Too expensive for the quality received. Breakfast was the most overpriced and quality was bad.

Brian at the front desk at check in was very welcoming and accommodating, I appreciated that. Check out was simple, I’m sorry I did not catch the attendants name, but she was very nice. The self park system was very convenient. Rooms could use an update but they are clean and comfortable.

For the price, this Hilton no longer lives up to its previous reputation. The service is still excellent but the room was pretty poor. Sink and shower drains clogged, mold on the ceiling, TV with poor picture quality, and funiture that is damaged. We assume it was a former smoking room as it still has that old smoke smell covered by ozone. Breakfast was just a buffet, nothing special. Again, service was great. Hopefully they'll give this hotel a refurb soon since the location is fabulous.
