Best stay!! Staff was friendly and great service, its close to main tourist attractions and especially taksim. Easy to find taxi and customer service is fabulous. The reception was wonderful — the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located in the vibrant heart of Istanbul, right in Taksim, and very close to the airport shuttle bus station, which was super convenient. The only downside was the poor sound insulation in the room. I could hear people talking in the hallways and noise from the street, which affected the overall comfort.

Our hotel room was spotless and all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally located close to Taksim Square and multiple public transport options such as bus, metro and funicular. Macka Park is lovely and is only a short walk away. The hotel breakfast was excellent, there were so many different options such as fresh waffles, fresh omelettes, fruit, salad, all kinds of breads and meats. It was the most varied breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. The hotel staff were so kind and even gave me a birthday cake on my birthday. We stayed there for one week and our children loved it.
