El lugar está pie de Playa, y tiene varias albercas de distintas profundidades. El personal es muy atento, el internet wi-fi es veloz. El ambiente es muy familiar, tienen estacionamiento amplio. La vista al mar es excelente.

Villa Mexicanas was perfect for my husband and myself. We stayed in the Garden Area which has 2 smaller pools available to use besides using the beach pool. The service people were super and prompt. There is no store on site but a small grocery is very close by as well as a number of restaurants. The beach is clean and the lounge chairs comfortable.

Based on the price, I thought this hotel was too good to be true. Don't believe it. The location is perfect, with the beach right out your door. The grounds are clean and well-kept. They provide beach towels (make sure you hang on to them to return at the end of your stay), and water coolers are throughout the property. Multiple restaurants are within walking distance. I highly recommend this restaurant and hope to be back!

It is an old hotel, so for what it is, it’s not bad. Very good area. Very safe. Staff was great and friendly. If it was a little cheaper it would’ve been 5 stars. I just think the hotel needs an update. But the beaches are amazing. No complaints. People around the area are also very friendly.

The service of the front staff, especially Ruben, was genuine in welcome-ness, willingness to assist in request, and effective in follow throughs. The traditional, non-cookie cutter architecture of hotel was esthetically a plus from corporate standardizing elsewhere. Fronting La Ropa beach is a priority asset.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Villa Mexicana and especially La Ropa! This hotel is one of the original hotels on this beach with a great pool, restaurant and the location is ideal. The staff (housekeeping, restaurant and front desk) were very friendly and accommodating. We will be back for sure!

Right on the beach! Clean room & linens. Hotel pool is nice, very busy & lots of lounge chairs to choose from, but they do get full. Hotel is older but in good repair. Noisy a/c compressors outside that rumble a bit in the room, but they work just fine. Suggest earplugs to sleep soundly. Staff is pleasant, food just ok, lots of other dining options nearby. Nice sunsets!
