The maître d at the front desk was incredibly helpful with recommendations and each place that he suggested was phenomenal! The room was clean, modern and cute and the bed was so comfortable. Loved the proximity to everything. The only bad thing is that we only spent one night here!!

Pros: The room was modern and big for European standards. Nice bathroom with great waterfall shower and pressure. Hotel is conveniently located, walking distance to all sites and restaurants. Overall, a good place to stay. Cons: Courtyard view was basically the side of the building. Paid breakfast was good, nice selection, but hot food (eggs & bacon) were cold two days in a row. I informed staff the first day.

A great hotel in the center of Valencia, so ideal for viewing this wonderful city. The hotel has a cozy feeling to it and the room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The only downside to the room was lack of storage for clothes. There was a small wardrobe which had a single shelf above it, no drawer unit or additional shelves. The hotel has limited facilities, for example only serves breakfast no other meals and this area is used as a cafe/bar for a few hours late afternoon into the evening. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed this hotel as a base for our visit to Valencia.

Nice central location. The room was clean but some parts were tired. The mattress springs squeaked and the TV was very old so the brightness was at full and still the picture was dark. No english channels like BBC news or CNN. The internet was most of the time so weak that you could not use e.g. Netflix. For the price of 250€/night the breakfast was very basic. The hotel entrance had rubbish next to the door for a whole day before it was cleaned.

The property location is excellent. However, a few disappointments considering it’s a 4 star rating - . no drawers to put clothing or bits in room or bathroom . no tea making facilities in room . hot breakfast choice is poor - music too loud in breakfast room . reception service inadequate usually only 1 staff member and unavailable for 5/10 mins at times and seem to only attend to one guest at a time whilst other guests are waiting and may just want brief advice or to ask a quick question But individually George, Lucy and Meriana were very helpful to us - especially when we’d checked out, arrived at airport to find our 11am flight cancelled! They were very kind in letting us return to the hotel with our luggage and use the lobby area to rest and stay until we departed again at 17.00hrs. Thank you, it was greatly appreciated.
