Cameron at the front desk was wicked nice, give him a raise! Breakfast was very good and staff we're very nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Only downside were the elevator. Very small. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful, no negative comments here whatsoever. Bed was on the firmer side but I like that. I appreciated the fact that you can open a window in the room for some fresh air. Breakfast was decent, and in line with what you can expect from a hotel breakfast. One remark though, and the main reason for my 3.5 stars: mold in the shower area (along the bottom edges of the wall and behind the shampoo bottles). This should not happen.

Would thoroughly recommend this hotel ideally situated for sightseeing with a lot of landmarks in walking distance. Room clean and quiet with air conditioning which was welcome in the present heatwave. Staff very friendly and helpful and a shout out for Alex who booked us in!

Location is brilliant. Hotel itself is lovely for the most part, bed is comfy. My only complaints is that the tea and coffee wasn’t replenished fully the second day even after requesting 3 times, the shower was lukewarm on the first night and some of the staff were really unfriendly and unhelpful. But overall it was a nice place to stay and reasonably priced for London.
