Overall staying at the Novatel Brighton Beach was enjoyable. The staff - from reception through to cafe/bar to cleaners were excellent. Well trained and courteous. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom clean and well designed. Having a balcony was a real plus. Especially if you like fresh air. However, the fan for the air conditioning in my room was a bit noisy for sleeping. So, I opened the door to the balcony. I stayed during winter. Would be a fabulous hotel - near the beach and many cafes - during summer.

lovely big refurbished room wirh separate sitting area, views of the bay and watched planes land and take off. lots of great restaurants in walking distance. i knew thwy were doing upgrades but not to the rooms above me so wakingnup to drilling and hammering at 7.30am wasnt the best. so just check when checking in that you aren't near a the refurbishment work
