Adequate hotel for 2 night stay after overseas flight but not many dining or coffee shop options nearby. Patio room was nice but no privacy on terrace from other guest rooms. Will look for other hotel options in Antwerp in the future.

Ideal hotel if you’d like to be slightly out of main Antwerpe shopping centre, easy to walk too but a bit far if you wish to see old town. The reception staff were lovely but the breakfast staff were quite rude and asking to have a table cleared so you can actually eat your breakfast seemed like you were asking way too much! Beds were comfy and the room was good, hope this review helps your decision….

Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. We had an apartment and the porches were not so clean. Staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. We got the feeling that they are there just to assist us and they did. Amir, Loubna and Paulina just made our stay excellent.

Hotel is tired, communal areas were a bit scruffy. Given a room next to the lift which was quite noisy. Seemed to be a lack of staff, longish waits for reception and bar service.

Upon arrival to the underground parking, there were a bunch of garbage bags so I had trouble getting in and out of the garage even the next day. Also, they had seemingly used chairs in the pathways between the parking and the elevator to the front desk, which I also had trouble going through with my suitcase and some other stuff. When I entered my room, I saw a contact lens left on the floor, and a card key at the bathroom. Looking at the water tank of the coffee maker, you wouldn’t like to make coffee using it. Overall everything was not maintained enough.

Odalar temizdi istediğimizde çarşaf ve havular değişti. Apartman dairesinde kaldık 2 yatak odası mutfak ve salon vardı. 2 çocuk 2 yetişkin çok rahat kaldık. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. İhtiyaçlarımızı hemen karşıladılar. Merkezi konumdaydı tramvay durağına çok yakındı heryere kolay ulaştık. Yakında market vardı. (Konuklar için ek bilgi Şehir içinde kolay seyehat etmek için De Lijn uygulamasını yükleyin. ) aynı otelde tekrar gelip kalmayı isteriz..teşekkür ederiz.
