Check-in took 2 hours. Front desk did not offer any type of compensation for the inconvenience the manager Manuela T was of no help and the service was absolutely terrible.

My flight was a red eye and I got in around 4am Sunday. Because of this I booked my hotel for Sunday for check in so I didn’t have to wait till 3pm. I tried checking in and they said due to their computer issues they asked me to wait for the manager who was to arrive in 20 min. I didn’t understand this because supposedly the on site manager was sitting there in a chair so not sure why she couldn’t handle the issue. I patiently waited and got breakfast. Two hours passed and then finally ended up checking in to our room. The worst service ever
