Hôtel plein de charme

Agréable séjour, les chambres sont très bien, la salle de bain très petite , nous ne pouvions pas poser nos affaires de toilette il manquait au moins une étagère sous le lavabo. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très sympathique et serviable. Séjour 👍

We stayed at Selvese Hotel and unfortunately had a major issue with the bathroom. There was a noticeable gap between the shower and the floor, which caused water to flood out every time someone used it. With four of us sharing one bathroom, it became completely unusable for the rest of the day after just one shower — a serious inconvenience. We raised the issue with management hoping for a solution, but were only offered a mop, which didn’t solve the underlying problem. It was disappointing that nothing more was done to address the situation during our stay. Aside from that, the hotel itself was fine. The location was convenient and within walking distance to most tourist spots, which we appreciated. But unfortunately, the bathroom issue really affected the quality of our experience.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. Before I even arrived the staff responded promptly to all my inquiries. Their communication with guests has been the best I have experienced in all my years of staying at hotels. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and we (my family) had our own spaces. We stayed in a 2 bedroom type apartment. I would stay here again.

The property worked for us. Great location for shopping, food and exploring. $15 taxi to the grand bazaar. The bathroom would not be good for an over sized person. Or someone with mobility issues. There was mold on the floor next to the shower and the bedroom curtain was on the floor when we arrived. My husband fixed part of it so we had darkness, but couldn’t fix the other part. King bed was all springs. Husband checked and it was upside down. Not sure why and didn’t want to flip it over and find out. Kitchen was nice. Fridge, sink and small microwave. Tea kettle and I think a coffee maker. It’s not as bad as this may sound and maybe the hotel will fix these issues once they read this. The staff was great and very attentive and friendly. We stayed in the family suite.

Trivelig hotell i rolig strøk

Bodde i 4.etasje med takterasse. Stort og greit rom, og helt ok takterasse, selv om en stol holdt på å falle sammen. Ellers var det god plass og ganske komfortabelt, men trangt på badet. Frokosten var bra.

Piccolo hotel in una zona interessante per turismo, ristoranti e negozi. Abbiamo potuto prenotare con un forte sconto, altrimenti a prezzo "normale" sarebbe risultato decisamente troppo caro per i servizi forniti. Personale molto cordiale.
