Nice hotel, very busy, has mixture of transit. Holiday and business people Shame fully booked when we were there but they still decided to close half the pool area to repair the grass! Service in bars and breakfast restaurant can be slow at times

The vineyard is an established and well ran hotel. It is beautiful, safe and clean. The grounds are stunning, the pool area, amazing and eating options are very good. There burgers are the best! Our room was lovely with a private decking area. Bed comfy and room service was prompt and very good! Breakfast buffet had everything you could want, the fresh fruit was abundant. The only things I could say for improvement would be better aircon. In the room, gym and throughout. But overall a great and memorable place to stay

Amazing! Our first time to Cape Town and we very impressed with the Vineyard. Way above our expectations. Everyone of the employees excelled at their position. We will definitely be staying again. Food was great from the lavish breakfast buffet or ordering from the menu. Dinner was also the best. The setting is breathtaking! It can’t get much better than The Vineyard!

I have been involved in selling luxury African travel for many years and this hotel was one of my very favourites. Would recommend it to everyone and I’ll use it whenever I’m in Cape Town. Excellent! Loved it.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years but not been there for about 8 years. The rooms have been upgraded but on the first night we could hear people in the bathroom next door making a noise and talking loudly at 3am. The sink in the bathroom took ages to drain probably due to being partially blocked. Food in the restaurant was good and breakfast was good with a great choice and seating outside when the weather was nice. Good hotel for Cape Town and location was convenient for Constanta and wine tasting.

Disappointing stay this time.

The Vineyard is generally good when we stay there but this trip our room had been overdosed with air freshener and was quite over powering. The air con also wasn't working.

We stayed for one night and arrived feeling very tired. The check-in process was adequate, but the overall experience left room for improvement. The dining options were disappointing—food appeared to be reheated rather than freshly prepared, and it lacked flavor. One restaurant was very busy, which resulted in extremely slow service. However, the restaurant staff were very pleasant and made an effort to accommodate despite the delays. The young man at reception was polite but could benefit from additional training in hospitality to enhance the guest experience.
