Staff were incredibly helpful, especially when we couldn’t get the room’s temperature control to warm up!!

Courteous and capable staff. Food good. We had room in the back of the hotel and barely any traffic noise considering how close we were to a busy road. Convenient for Wembley.

Decent hotel, only there for a couple of nights so had everything we needed. We had breakfast and an evening meal in the bar, food was nice no complaints. Handy for the tube station which is situated across the road, access through a subway which is lit and clean.

We had a great stay at the Crown Plaza. It was a perfect venue for attending a concert at Wembley. It is located right by a tube station but we caught the 483 bus to Wembley as the bus stop is right outside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast had plenty of choice. Overall it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay and I would recommend .

Clean room with a comfortable bed.

The hotel had all the basic amenities, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also lovely. However, the room and bathroom were not clean, and the flush and fan were not working properly. The curtains in the room had food stains on them, which was absolutely disgusting and made the room feel very unhygienic. Overall, while the staff and breakfast were good, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room need significant improvement.

Hotel was very clean. It could definitely use a bit of upgrading, the rooms are very old. Beds were comfortable enough. Restaurant on site was very good. All in all, it served our purpose of one night to attend a concert at Wembley.

This is a great bolt hole on your way somewhere or for business meetings. Staff are good and this isn’t a pretend 4star but a genuine one that doesn’t cut corners

The hotel was ideally placed close to London and Tube. However, room could have been better cleaned as there was rubbish in our bin and there were marks on the curtains and carpet
