It was horrible. Sofa couch was nasty, wouldnt let my kids sleep on it, matress was brown. The whole place smelled of weed. Mold and just dirty. Worst experience on my life ever with a hotel.

We where put in a room that was above the washer and dryer the whole room vibrated and was told we couldn't be moved to a different room we we're very disappointed with the hotel

No no no! Crack house hotel? Not safe. Paid for it, saw the room, the people coming and going, and went to Hyatt place for the night. Well worth the money for a good nights sleep.

My experience was disastrous, there was never anything, no towels, no sheets, no kitchen utensils, you always had to beg for things, they never cleaned the room, everything was impossible, I would never return.

Marie jou was very rude to me as well as my wife , she should definitely be fired IMMEDIATELY for the lack of respect towards customers unwarranted attitudes an side comments made on her end . Very short , impatient . Daniel was just lazy the only staff members with excellent communication skills and customer support were Yendi , Mertle , and Noah . VERY DISPLEASED WITH MARY JOU DEFINITELY NEEDS TO NOT WORK IN THIS HOTEL INDUSTRY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD an Daniel needs to be something other than a front desk clerk cause he’s either lazy or doesn’t know the system either way the 1st level smells like death when Noah yendi an mertle are not working I’d suggest him a custodial position to handle 1st or housekeeping to keep him moving cause the lack of knowledge of front desk or the attitude of not caring to know is UNACCEPTABLE !
