I booked this hotel as a birthday surprise for my sister and her boyfriend, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I had requested a room with the best view if available, and the reservation team went above and beyond to make it happen. We were given a fantastic room with stunning views, and to our delight, a birthday cake was waiting in the room upon arrival. The service was exceptional, and the staff’s attention to detail made the celebration extra special. The hotel truly has everything you need for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Bangkok. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

Not a 5 Star Hotel. Being our honeymoon if we knew that there was renovations happening and services not available like lifts, gym, spa and sauna, we would have not booked the hotel. The first room we were put in was old and smelled of varnish. When we wanted to cancel our reservation they wouldn't cancel and offered an upgraded room which was nice and modern. The tiling in the bathroom was extremely slippery when wet and almost slipped over in the shower. Under renovations should be stated in any form of advertising or booking apps. Buffet breakfast was pretty ordinary for the price 780 baht each. We paid 900 baht in total for 8 buffet breakfast meals at another five star hotel in Bangkok. Paying as you go.
