Fantastic hotel & staff highly recommended

On arrival I had an issue with my booking(my own fault not the hotel’s or hotels.com)…the manager resolved instantly and beyond my expectations phewww. Hotel is in a great location/in the centre with its own parking(£12 per 24hours), stunning rooms and interior. The staff really couldn’t do enough for us. Amazing thank you(chocolates delivered) and would definitely recommend.

Don’t waste money on lounge upgrade

Stayed here several times . Unfortunately the pool now has many damaged sharp tiles which is not good, especially for kids ! Leisure staff don’t acknowledge you when you enter - too busy talking ! Paid extra for lounge access , this opened 45 minutes late , by which time most people had gone off for their evening meal . I mentioned it at reception , heard no more ! Not as good ac it used to be . Many beautiful features but the room was a tired as are several areas and service

Sufficient for one night stay

Excellent location for centre and river, with plenty of parking. Room was at the furthest point away from the lifts, so nice and quiet but quite a hike to and from the room. Sofa bed didn’t have the thickest of matresses but the room and its facilities were sufficient for our one night stay. Fragrance in ground floor access areas was very nice.

Perfect for an overnight stay

Arriving at the Crowne Plaza Stratford Upon Avon, we were able to find a parking space in the ‘chargeable’ car park £12:00 per day. Hotel Reception was clear when we arrived and check in was fuss free and with a smile. Our standard room was on Floor 1 (1075) which did not command much of a view out of the window. However, with us only staying one night this was not too much of an issue. The rooms are functional but quiet, and the bed was super comfy. A complimentary bottle of chilled water and tea/coffee making facilities were provided. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy but guess there are parts of the hotel that show its age. The bar was spacious and plenty of seating inside and out and drinks were not massively overpriced like at some hotels. Breakfast was excellent with loads of choice and good quality produce. Would return

Excellent

A really nice hotel with polite reception staff. The room was spotless and exactly as described. The only down side was the staff in the bar who were not a patch on the reception staff and seemed to like chatting between themselves rather than serving customers. My wife ordered drinks and the staff member placed them on the bar several feet from where my wife was standing and she was told "there's your drinks". We didn't go back to the bar/restaurant after that!

We had a lovely stay, came up for a couple of days, a last minute break. Hotel was lovely, clean and modern. The only downside was the shower, the pressure wasn’t that good and it wasn’t easily moved. That was the only downside.
