Bad news all the way around. Stay clear.

Wifi was horrible. Location seemed sketchy and unsafe. Beds were broken and bad. Carpets were stained. Washroom needs updating. Be careful of where you park. You will be towed if you have a truck and park in a car stall. We heard a tow truck backing up and it was hooking up to our vehicle. No warning or anything from the desk even though we were registered with our vehicle at the front desk. The parking lot was full when we checked in. You also hear the planes coming in. We will never stay here and warn others of staying here.

You get what you pay for

You get what you pay for, so while I would use this place in the future at least there would be no surprises. The rooms have never been updated and smell like the days of Smoking in the rooms ( Real Gross) the carpet was damp and sticky Take your flipflops, and the toilet was like sitting on a chair with one leg shorter than the rest.... The TV remote is broken and you have to cradle it just so to be able to change the channel of the (Guessing) 32" TV on the positive. The AC worked and the Sheets were clean Positive, the sheets were clean.

Hotel was very seedy looking. Very uncomfortable for a single traveller. Property not kept up Shower tile was grungy. Took forever to get hot water. Staff was accommodating and helpful When I arrived I was told only had 1 night but was to be 3. Hotel.com was responsible as I did change my stay from 5 to 3. The person I talked on the phone was hard to understand and obviously not capable. Said non smoking rooms but the room reeked of smoke. I will never use your website again or recommend you. I should be given a refund

Everything nice with a couple of exceptions

I booked a single bedded room but received a two bed room. Not a problem. Bed was comfy with a nice light duvet and lovely feeling sheets. When I prepared to shower, I discovered that there was no hair blower for styling my hair. So I opted to not wash my hair which resulted in my feeling out of sorts for the day. When I went to the breakfast room I found that non caffeine drinkers had few options, none of which were compatible to my tastes. The continental breakfast options were quite low quality and very little selection.

Manage expectations

So the first room we got put in was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a month beyond vacuuming and changing the sheets. When I showered and got out when I picked up the towel it was a yellowy Brown, the floor in the kitchenette was sticky and the carpet made our socks noticeably dirty. When I turned on the air conditioner and let it run for a little bit I could smell a mouldy smell coming from from the ac unit. The complimentary breakfast was extremely limited in its selection. Two choices of cereal & milk, toast, muffin's and yogurt were all that they provided. The second room we got moved to smelled sharply of cologne but was otherwise clean. That all being said I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here if other options are available because spending a bit more money is worth it.
