Watch! We were charged twice for one night!
I booked this for me and my husband to enjoy for my birthday weekend. We paid in full through Hotels.com but we were charged again when we checked out. I called 3x and spoke to Katie at the front desk. She confirmed we were double charged and Thai would be corrected. The credit would take 3-5 days. I called again because there was no credit and told it would be given to a manager and I would receive a call later that day. No call was received. I called again and was given a woman in accounting. It has been almost 2 weeks and the issue is still not resolved. We enjoy Hilton but this stay, our room was hot. We were going to stay again this weekend but this whole situation and lack of desire to resolve it has put a bad taste in our mouth.
