Always a decent stay.

I try to always stay at La Quinta no matter where I'm at because a suite is typically less than basic rooms at other hotel chains. Always clean, good wifi, and free breakfast. I plan on continue to stay at the one in Omaha/carter lake near the hotel whenever I'm in town

"It is what it is." In town for College World Series. Price gouging for downtown hotels led me to this location for the first two nights of the tournament. It is a short Uber ride to TD Ameritrade but nothing else really near it; if you forgot any necessities you are stuck. The hotel is due for a make over, don't know if they were in the process of repainting the walls or not. My bed sloped inward as if I was sinking. More of a place if you needed a night to crash with your buddies who planned a last minute trip to Omaha. Would not recommend if you have a significant other.

This was the worst hotel. There was a broken chair in our room. Mold, shampoo and conditioner wasn't refilled, floor was filthy, mold in the closet, the list goes on. We were here for the college World Series so rates were astronomically high. We paid $350 all in and apparently this hotel is the worst of the Hyatt properties. Shower wouldn't drain so it was gross!
Replaced the toilet seat with the wrong size.
My 11yo sat and almost fell out.

Terrible Stay – Would Not Recommend I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was in unacceptable condition from the moment I arrived. There was a broken window screen, and someone had put a plastic bag over the smoke detector; a major safety concern. The freezer was caked in ice and clearly hadn’t been defrosted or cleaned in ages. The office chair had a broken leg and was unusable. Most concerning of all, the room was not clean. I found a live bed bug, which is absolutely unacceptable and a huge health risk. I left immediately after finding it. This place needs a serious inspection and a deep clean before anyone else should stay here. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Don’t stay here

Cleanliness only 5 out of 10. Hot breakfast completely gone by 9 and no effort to make more- very disappointing. Our room had a huge hole in the wall in you first entered the room… no one could have missed this yet the room was still rented to us.

Omaha quick stay

We booked this room when two other hotels fell through that claimed they offered shuttle service to the airport. They receptionist confirmed they did have a shuttle. We landed after midnight. The driver was also the receptionist. She was quick to respond to our call for the shuttle. Check in went smooth adnwe were in our room in no time. It is an older hotel, but well maintained and clean.

Never again

There was only one person at the front desk and he seemed very overwhelmed. Had three calls within a couple of minutes of each other no one else was there to help him. My accessible room did not have bars in the bathtub and the tub was way too high and the tub was very slippery,For being a handicap bathroom. there was no soap to use in the bathtub. Both containers were empty. Just one little bottle of soap for two nights. It looked like the floor was not vacuumed. There was crumbs all over the floor. The mattress was very saggy. The bathtub was dirty for breakfast. There was no coffee cups and very little Food was there on both days . I would highly not recommend this hotel to anyone. The list was there was no closet to hang anything. How can you stay at a hotel that does not have a closet. Very disappointed in this hotel. Also the people next to us were smoking marijuana and it’s went through our room. Only one elevator worked so we had to wait sometimes 20 minutes to get into an elevator. . A disappointing stay at the La Quinta Inn & Suites

We have stayed in other LaQuinta Inns & Suites in other parts of the U.S. and never had a bad experience until we checked in at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Omaha Airport Downtown. During our three-day stay, our room was never serviced. Here is a list of what we observed during our stay: 1. Rust on the bathroom tub 2. Our towels and bedsheets were never changed 3. Our room was never cleaned 4. The trash was never emptied

Nice place to stay for the cost and that it was a quick stop for an early flight. I was in a double bed room and one of the beds was caved in in the middle.
