We loved the hotel, the location, the staff! It was so kid friendly, my daughter loved the stuff cat, child robe and slippers. Paddigton was live at the hotel, we chose to see Matilda on West End, and it was an easy and lovely walk. We would definitely stay there again when we are back in London.

Unfortunately, I have to say I would not choose to stay at the Savoy again. My wife got food poisoning in one of the restaurants although it was with oysters I found the room which was supposedly a luxury room very dark Small and boxy if I hadn’t a prepaid upfront I would’ve checked her out after one day also when you are paying the high amount that this avoid charges for a room. I don’t think they should ask you to contribute a discretionary charge for room service so no I would not stay at the Sarah again plus the mini bar was two packs of crisp two bottles of Coke, two bottles of lemonade and two bottles of water and nothing else
