I really want to give this a better review, but this is not the first time I had an issue here (sadly I didn't remember it was the same hotel when I booked it this time around.
Our stay consisted of 3 nights at the end of a long road trip vacation. Upon check-in, we had to figure out the parking situation (a sign on the front desk) as no one mentioned it during the check-in experience.
The room was ok; a view of the Foot Locker across the street, but the room did not have any place to store clothing, no drawers to put anything away. Just some small baskets under the tv area.
The A/C consisted of a large covered hole in the ceiling that loudly turned on and off that definitely cooled the room down in short (did I say loud?) bursts.
The bathroom was rather small. If you had to sit on the toilet to do your business, reaching behind you to get the toilet paper involved a yoga skill. Here is the kicker of my complaint though...no hot water on the 2nd and 3rd day of our stay. I even mentioned it on the 2nd day and again on 3rd day as we checked out.
The good points...the pool and hot tube (had both to myself), the clerk who checked me out was super nice and gave me hotel points for my water issue, and the location is near some really great breweries and restaurants.
