They have us a room that already had people in it!
Terrible stay. They have us a room with the TV blaring, a Big Gulp on the counter and the shower running. Someone was already in there! They have us a different room and it was nasty. Not going back there ever!

Just awful.
Stay away. Filth. First room was so bad I had to request a new one. Second room was slightly less offensive, though it still had urine on toilet, hair in shower, hair accessories on floor, stained carpets and sheets. Noisy until around 4am. Just awful.

Terrible experience
Quite literally the worst experience of my life. Please do yourself a favor and never stay in this hotel, if you could even call it a hotel. The service is beyond god awful, and it felt like all the employees were on their first day of training. They all lack any sort of professionalism and truly just don’t care at all.

Disgusting excuse for a hotel
Booked 3 mo in advance.. arrive with confirmation, dirty, looked like homeless lived there… upon check in we were told they overbooked/sold our room. Said they tried to contact us that day) we were in an airplane) still never received the msg. Lie! We asked if this was their problem or ours.. was rudely told Our Problem. Contacted Hotels.com and the were very helpful in finding us a nice place to stay. With no additional cost to us.

Overbooked - turned away without a room
What stay?? The hotel was overbooked and they turned us away. I had nowhere to on a Friday night and had to scramble to find other accommodations. This is the last time I use Hotels.com.

Go Nicole and staff you guys are my heroes
The staff is super amazing especially Nicole Nicole deserves to raise she was truly my savior she went over and beyond to help me I had an online issue and made my state super enjoyable since I never have alone time she helped me fix it so I was able to get away from of the eight people I take care of for the last 2 years I've only had a break and she helped me make it very enjoyable

Très déçus
Accueil moyen, studio décevant, mal entretenu déjà la porte d'entrée, porte de douche percée. Aucun ménage pendant les 4 jours, pas de changement de serviettes qui ne sèchent pas. Studio meublé sans vaisselle...Le petit déjeuner très simple est à récupérer à l'accueil. Réparation de toiture au-dessus de notre tête. Extérieurement beau bâtiment. Les photos sur site sont belles mais la réalité est très différente

Breaking Bad!
Absolutely not a place i woupd recommended unless you dabble in the scumbag lifestyle. Place was run down, and dirty. Dog hair everywhere and smell like someone just walked out from the room smoking. Ice trays, bathroom, and stove look outdates and not kept for years. I have stay in some places before but this one took the cake! Room was for 1 night thank God. Do not waste your money like I did...

Pictures are nicer than reality. NO COFFEE in room or lobby. “Free” breakfast is packaged muffins and Nutri-Grain bars. Room is spacious though and bed was comfortable. Located right next to Panera which was a savior. No parking either but they are redoing the roof.

Not a pleasant stay.
I know is a Extended stay but looks like people lives there, they have a barbeque on the hallway next to our room. Is under construction getting a new roof looks like, the room smells like mildew and the furniture is old, the kitchen and bathroom cabinets are rotting out microwave is rusted. I would have ask for a exchange room or possibly go to a different hotel but it was a late knight already. Hope they can fix it. I won't not recommend to stay there.
