The hotel has this bad smell when you walk in and the room smells even worse. The bathroom sink has yellow stains all in it and the doorknob fell off the bathroom door. Also the shower was filthy,I didn’t want to wash in it. I had a hard time going to sleep because of how dirty I felt from being in this hotel. People run horrible experience here. If this hotel was not already payed in advance I would have went to another one just to be way more comfortable.

There was a dirty pair of mens underwear under the bed in my room. They l were there for awhile because there was a significant amount of dust on them. The room was clean but very run down. And there was a $100 charge...not hold...a charge on my credit card as well as the cost of the room that was not disclosed to me prior to booking the room.

very very unprofessional and rude... I booked 10 days stay and paid 100 bucks as a security deposit but they have not returned the full amount and when I asked the reason they told me that I have checkout after 11 am, however that day I have checked out before 8:30 am, when I asked to check your Cam recording of front desk then She told me that we will investigate and let you know, after around 10 follow-up they every time says that they are investigating it,,, really pathetic service. never ever go for Extended Stay America.

Rude Staff
The stuff is rude. They need to take classes on customer service. The guy that is supposed to be at the desk around 6:30am is always in the office sleeping and has the sign up saying he is helping someone right now. They were charging me an extra fee when I checked out but nobody could tell me what the fee was from for about 20min. Then the girl said she made a mistake and entered the wrong dates so I wasn’t charged the full amount for one of the days. A lady asked the front desk for some clean towels and the guy told her he just gave her some yesterday. I ended up going to another hotel I will never stay there again.

My Stay
It was ok.. The heat was not working in the room!! It took a little while to get help. But when I did the gentleman was very nice He moved me to another room immediately.. When I booked the room it said breakfast included.. It was just coffee/tea, & a little muffin.. When it should have said complimentary coffee/tea & a muffin included.. Other than that the room/hotel was nice it was clean.

The noise at night was unbearable. I checked out early, sleeping on a hard bench in the airport instead, and actually getting a good nights sleep at the airport. I was also charged $100 by the hotel even though I’d already paid Expedia for the room.
