My stay at this hotel was horrible! I thought being in Glendale Colorado that the hotels there may be appropriate for my stay. I was staying close to the Rose general hospital because my husband was there for a major surgery and we live up in the mountains so the hotel seemed to be the right one. It was in our price range and had what seemed like the accommodations I needed. When I arrived I found out that the floor has never been cleaned in the history of the past year. I'm a housekeeper and this was despicable. The room was filthy, including the walls, including the cabinets, behind the fridge, in the corners, up the baseboards and more. This hotel room did not have any cold water coming out of the tub. I complained immediately the next morning when the office opened and brought with me toilet paper pieces that had been wetted and then wiped on the floor to show how black the floor was. I was quickly offered a 25% discount. I am supposed to contact you at hotels.com to get my 25% discount from the manager at the hotel. I was told that room would be spotless and the floor would be clean by the time I got back. When I returned 8 hours later, that evening, the floor was just as dirty as it was when I left. I couldn't take a shower because there was no cold water to mix with the hot and it was boiling hot water so I took the towels off the rack and what did them down and scrubbed the floor myself.
