The sink faucet was broken. The toilet was broken. The bathroom door wouldn't close and we had to use a litter box to shut the door to use the bathroom. There was no smoke alarm and the security lock was broken. There were ants and roaches. We asked for toilet paper and they said they didn't have any, so we have to buy our own. I booked a non smoking room and they put us in a smoking room with a little sign on the front of the room saying it was a smoking room. We asked to move rooms and the lady at the front lied to my face and told me it was a non smoking room and that she couldn't do anything about previous people smoking in the rooms. The staff does the absolute bare minimum and the only time anyone came to fix the broken things was the day before we were leaving. Oh, there were stains on the blankets and so much dust in the room that I had to use my rescue inhaler twice a night. There was mold in the tub and under the shower head. Old food stains and roach feces on the wall. The curtains were so dusty I don't think they were ever washed. The carpet in the halls were covered in old stains and they smelled like trash and flies were buzzing around. It's either lazy housekeepers or not enough staff to keep things clean. The first day we checked it, there was some guy walking laps around the building talking to himself and arguing at people. I think he was high something, but it didn't make me feel very safe, especially when there was no security lock. Lots of noisy tenants.

Not the best experience for how much it cause
The one reason I will stay there ever not cause of the motel,but for one staff she is the supervisor she’s amazing I wish I can remember her name and how to spell it.But overall the motel was a mess the house keeper try there best to keep it clean but the property manager need to put some money in that place and get it fix.Its really a shame how I even emailed the property manager/management and never got a response and it’s been a week ago I checked in on 4/10 I sent an email on 4/11 and now it’s 4/24 and never got a reply back. I see that people go into business ONLY for the money but never for both (customer service) how rude!!!

NO PILLOWS
I had to use my clothes wrapped up in a sheet as a pillow as each day the front desk told me they had no more pillows. Worst stay ever.

Dont assume a reservation guarantees you a room!
Even with a hotels.com reservation and confirmation, when we arrived we were told there was not a room available.
