This detached, spacious, luxurious and modern water villa is situated in Harbour Village, located by Lake Veere in Arnemuiden, in beautiful Zeeland

If you are looking for an exclusive villa to spend your well-deserved holiday, you can stop searching. This 173 m2 large water villa, built in 2019, offers everything you could wish for. The modern design with lots of glass can be found back both inside and outside and the house features truly perfect furnishings and finishings.

Because the resort is situated at 2 metres above the water level, these are so-called split level villas. The entrance will bring you into the spacious kitchen diner with all the appliances you could imagine. You'll have a combined microwave/oven or a separate oven and microwave at your disposal. There also is a wonderful dining table where you can enjoy a meal or a nice drink. On this mezzanine you will find a storage room with washing machine, dryer and toilet. Via the imposing stairs you'll reach the living room at water level. Here you'll find a smart TV and a pleasant gas fireplace. Inside and outside blend together thanks to the sliding doors. A spacious, partially covered terrace/jetty with dining area guarantees many relaxing hours. You'll always enjoy a beautiful view of the water.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one of which with a double bed (two connected single beds) and one with two single beds. The bedrooms have an en suite, both with a walk-in shower. On the second floor you'll find another two bedrooms, also with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. In one of the bathrooms there's a toilet. You have a beautiful view from each of the bedrooms. All the beds are 1-person box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed, or used separately in a twin-room setup.

Even though most of the outdoor life will take place on the terrace, there also is a garden. The entire villa is equipped with underfloor heating. There's parking space for two cars.

The furnishings and layout of each water villa are unique. The pictures and layout are therefore just an indication. Resort Harbour Village is still under construction. Everything will be done to minimise the inconvenience as much as possible.
