Room was lovely and clean, absolutely fine for a one night stay. Bed was very comfy. But... walls are incredibly thin, could hear every word of next door's 5am conversation. Breakfast was welcomed but not amazing. Staff were lovely!

Large rooms, pillows were a bit lumpy and towels felt a bit damp, but this was manageable. Breakfast was lovely but would be nice to have more variety but the fact a fry up is included is lovely. Complimentary drink in arrival was a nice touch. Staff I'm evening and at breakfast were very friendly and welcoming. Would stay again

Very comfortable room, good options for breakfast, great friendly staff and ideally located for the centre of London as it’s just around the corner from Nine Elms tube station. Only downside is the stairs to the rooms, it’s an old building and the stairs are steep, which if you struggle with mobility could be a problem but for most people it’s fine. Having said that, we would definitely stay here again the next time we are in London

We had the best stay hotel/pub was lovely. Staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Welcome drinks was nice and Breakfast was great. Lovely hotel.

Absolutely wonderful hidden gem! Such a relaxing and positive atmosphere. I was not expecting this. The area isn’t known for being very good for hotels. This one was better than the shiny hotels in the centre. The manager creates a very welcoming environment.

The room cleanliness was greatly lacking - the bed throw and cushions were heavily stained, and the carpets needed a thorough vacuum. The room was extremely warm despite the radiator being off; the fan provided just circulated warm air, and we were unable to open the window. There were four bottles of conditioner but no hand soap or shower gel, and none arrived even though we had asked for some. We booked this room based on the excellent reviews, particularly rating the cleanliness, however we feel it was poor value for money and would definitely not stay again, nor recommend to others.

OK for the price.

Quirky little hotel. Reasonable size room. Could do with a lick of paint, but clean. Nice shower room. One of the windows was very poorly fitting, so when it was windy, the wind whistled through and was very noisy. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were not - very lumpy and old. I would have complained if we had a longer stay. Very good breakfast. Good location near to buses and underground. OK for the money.

The staff were very friendly and the place was cute, the food wasn’t that great and our room was on the top floor up 8 flights of tiny narrow stairs! It was truly a nightmare trying to get our luggage up. The room was so tiny we had to store our luggage in the shower. It was quite cramped and the ventilation was poor. There was a window in the ceiling that could be opened but it was raining and this just got our bed wet. The staff were fantastic always offered us a beverage on the house for our exhaustive haul with our luggage.
