The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful! The location is perfect for the US Embassy and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful about it. If I ever need to go again I will definitely stay here.

É in zona 1: comodissimo, ad un passo dalla stazione di Vauxall e dal centro: Westminster, Big Ben e London Eye si raggiungono a piedi in venti minuti. La struttura é un pó kitsch, l’arredo delle camere basico, la moquette ovunque. La qualità della ristorazione è quella di un pub inglese medio, nulla di speciale. Però nelle vicinanze si trova un ottimo Gail’s Bakery, mentre il famoso (soprattutto per chi conosce Taylor Swift) pub The Black Dog si raggiunge in dieci minuti a piedi.

Room was lovely and clean, absolutely fine for a one night stay. Bed was very comfy. But... walls are incredibly thin, could hear every word of next door's 5am conversation. Breakfast was welcomed but not amazing. Staff were lovely!

The location of this hotel is excellent! There is a bus stop at one end of the street and the underground station just around the corner on the other end. There's a huge grocery store beside the underground station as well. We could get to any tourist site in the city in under 30 min easily. The pub that is below the hotel is also super handy if you want to have lunch or dinner. Breakfast was good and there was a menu to select from for the hotel guests. The staff were all so friendly and helpful as well. There were stairs to get to the rooms and the staff offered to carry our luggage. Our room was small, but had everything that we needed. There is a school right next door, but it wasn't very noisy and we were usually heading out just as the students were arriving. We would highly recommend this location for tourists; it's easy to get into the popular areas, and the pricing is reasonable.

Large rooms, pillows were a bit lumpy and towels felt a bit damp, but this was manageable. Breakfast was lovely but would be nice to have more variety but the fact a fry up is included is lovely. Complimentary drink in arrival was a nice touch. Staff I'm evening and at breakfast were very friendly and welcoming. Would stay again

Very comfortable room, good options for breakfast, great friendly staff and ideally located for the centre of London as it’s just around the corner from Nine Elms tube station. Only downside is the stairs to the rooms, it’s an old building and the stairs are steep, which if you struggle with mobility could be a problem but for most people it’s fine. Having said that, we would definitely stay here again the next time we are in London
