Very bad and very deceiving

This place isnt what was advertised. This place didnt even have an elevator. The outside doors didnt even have a lock, they were broken. The room smelled like stale cigarettes and dirty butt. The floor was dirty ,had to where our shoes. The sink was broken. there was no screen in the window and we were on the 2nd floor. Also the bathrooms were disgusting we had to wear flip flops to take a shower. They sheets were also dirty, we had to go buy sheets and a cover to use the bed. I've never had a bad experience with hotels.com but this hotel is very deceiving.Also wasnt told that I had to pay a deposit until I got there.Was told it was a set price and thats all I was expected to pay.

Bathtub was very bad and smelled, had to wear flip flops to shower

Not worth the fee and not worth the stay .

It was so bad the room was dirty the back to the TV remote was missing the conners of the floors where so dirty it was a smoking room but still dirty burn marks in every thing toilet paper holder almost off the walls the room smelled like mildew and the heating / cooling system smelled bad as well there was something down inside where the air comes out looked like unpoped pop corn . I get there was a fee for checking in early only 10.00 not so bad but then on top of it a 100 dollar deposit.

The microwave freezed and the ac wouldn’t turn on,we heard noise from the other rooms and the hotel doesn’t have breakfast, and there were only three toothbrushes when there is four of us here,and the bathroom the toilet is not clean there,and someone left there charger in one of the drawers.

Customer service wise it wasn’t too bad but we made it. Two star was the fact of the first lady we seen was extremely rude and impatient and the second lady that we talked to was impatient and rude. The room didn’t look too bad, but the whole rodents and finding rat poop kinda kills it for me

A dump!

This place is a dump! The bathroom door was wrapped so it wouldn’t close. The toilet had a different size lid on top so when you flushed it wax really loud. The air conditioner leaked all over the floor. There were receipts under the covers when I first pulled them down to go to sleep, signaling they weren’t changed.

We ordered a room with two doubles. Upon registering we were asked if we wanted a king. Even though the sign said they were sold out, I said OK. I asked if there was an elevator, & was told that we were on first floor, but after parking, we found that we were on second floor and must climb steps. Then, we opened the door yo two doubles! Crazy!

More of long term stay 70% than motel 30%, had staff bang repeatedly 2:50am across door cause someone was caught smoking again in his unit ... Unit floors were sticky, like not clean mop... has bedbug and coachroach feel to motel but there was NO bites or bugs seen , just the feel and was exterminated recently vibe , but speculation on my part ... Plus side staff was nice had microwave Mini refrigerator.

Repair the TV

It was essentially a good stay but the TV didnt work seems to have been missing a wire connection to the direct tv console. Lol. Kids running in the hallway.
