There was not enough parking because they allowed trucks hauling trailers, boats, etc to block multiple parking spots and had several blocked off with orange cones which they informed me to move myself. When I went to move the cones, 4 more vehicles arrived and I was expected to move theirs as well. Also it states it is no smoking however after the first over night our entire room smelled of smoke and we both woke up sick from it.

Hotel was fine for a couple nights. Pretty safe area which was nice and had some food options around. It was close to the stadium which is great and not far from the city. Hotel itself was a little janky/dirty. But it wasn’t anything that I haven’t seen before. Overall 3/5

Beds were hard, pillows uncomfortable, the air conditioner was extremely loud and kept my children up all night, the toilet wouldn’t flush if you used very much toilet paper, pool was very cold. We asked the front desk for more pool towels and she brought one. Elevator took forever and closed on my son hurting his arm, it didn’t have the safety feature where it stopped closing if it sensed a body.

The staff were great at check in and the room was good, the bed was not comfortable for me and I couldn’t figure out how to turn the light off that came out of the top of the head board so I called down to the desk but no one answered. I finally figured it out. It was loud but there seemed to be several groups there.

Rooms are old looking. Bathroom door would not latch. Stains on the ceiling. TV mount was not straight. Dropped 4 in in 4 feet. Right to left. In the 3 days we were there, they didn’t refill the coffee in the room. Or make the beds. Or take the trash out.

The most comfortable hotel bed I've stayed in! Whoever remodeled the room did a shoddy job, it's clean but horrible paint job, could not open the blinds, and the ceiling looked sunken in on one corner of the room, breakfast was not good with chunks of dry powder in the eggs..but, you get what you pay for!

We could not get a good night sleep due to the window covering in our room. It did not roll down all the way to make the room completely dark. We had the bright lights shining through from across the parking lot at the restaurants behind the building.

We stayed here for a night and it was good. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and checking in and out was a breeze.

What I liked: the room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was very good--better than most. The staff was friendly. While the shower had a strong spray, there was nothing, not even the tiniest little bar, in the shower to hold onto. My husband has balance problems and did not feel safe in the shower. He skipped the shower on our last night because he did not feel safe. There are only fast-food restaurants at this location. No sit-down restaurants for at least 10 miles. (Waffle House doesn't count!). That's not the Comfort Inn's fault but know before you go. Also, they don't provide maid service during the stay unless you ask for it. Overall, we had a nice two-night stay.
