We paid a lot for a "family room" and instead got a room little larger than a shoe box, with the main bed flush against the outside wall and a bunk bed flush against the other side of the bed, the room was "that" small.... It had no air conditioning, so was really hot, even though outside is was only warm, and so uncomfortable in every sense, small and hot....
The only upsides were it's right next to the railway station and the breakfast was nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, but that didn't make up for a very expensive shoe box sized "family room".
