beklediğimden iyi çıktı. ilk gün çok küçük bir oda verdiler fakat ertesi gün daha büyük oda istedik ve hiç sorun çıkarmadan neredeyse önceki odanın 2 katı büyüklüğünde oda verdiler. kahvaltı çeşitleri genel olarak yeterleydi. oda temizliği günlük düzenli olarak yapıldı. çok merkezi bir yerdeydi. çalışanların hepsi son derece güleryüzlüydü.

Room was small. Bathroom was a cupboard. Not sure how you could share the room and retain any modesty. Also, you really shouldnt have to pay extra for bottled water and decent WiFi in this day and age. I thought we had moved on from those things a decade ago. Breakfast was okay. Omelette station was a nice extra but otherwise your standard fayre.

This West End Hotel is in a great central London location, making it easy to visit many of the city's major attractions. The breakfast service was convenient and provided an easy start to our busy sightseeing days. Unfortunately, our experience with the room was disappointing. We were in the rare two-bed room that, while functional for accessibility (w/c), lacked visual appeal and comfort. The atmosphere felt uninviting, and we found ourselves using the room only for sleeping because it was not a pleasant place to relax after a full day of travel and exploring.
