I always stay at comfort suites when i'm traveling through new york. The staff is great they have everything you want and there's a lot nearby. And they have a good breakfast.

Firstly they charge you for parking and they take $150.00 for deposit for any damages to property after you leave. The toilets could not flush until the following morning .no water going into the toilet tank. I would not recommend any one there.

We had a nice stay. The man who worked the desk overnight was wonderful. I think his name was Jason. We couldn’t figure out the shower and he came right down and showed us. There were really rowdy guests next door and he quickly solved that problem as well. The breakfast was mediocre and the mattress was rather stiff- but everything else was great!

Came into town for a graduation event and found all hotels in the area had extremely high rates. The hotel location was great, and staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok, and quiet atmosphere was good. During normal demand, with normal rates, the value would be fine, but seemed a bit overvalued for what we paid.

The staff at the hotel was lovely. We were traveling with a dog and it was great they were dog friendly. Though the $100 pet fee was on the high side. With pets I believe they try to have you on the 1st floor for ease of outdoor visits. The room was clean The TV was pretty old and did not allow for streaming etc but it served its purpose.

The hotel is in decent condition - while I did notice some wear and tear (spider webs in corners on the ceiling, chip paint, etc.) the bathroom and bedding was clean. This was a quick - need a place to rest - type of visit so it served my purpose.

The condition of this hotel is deplorable. The walls are banged up, the carpets are stained, there is mold surrounding the wind I frame in the room, the chairs in the dining area are all peeling, the room smells like someone used to smoke there.

While the room was a good size, this hotel is in need of some cleaning and repairs. The sofa bed mattress was very stained and had garbage in it (an old battery and wrappers). The shower water pressure was very low and leaky. The wall mount lotion dispenser squirted all over the wall and bathroom floor when used. The lobby bathroom was out of both soap and paper towels.

My bathroom smelled like urine. There was a clump of hair in the bathtub drain and almost every piece of equipment in the gym was broken

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The entire property is disgusting and NOT CLEAN. They do not clean the rooms. I am not even convinced that the sheets had been cleaned. Will never stay in a choice hotel ever again. I reached out to the company and let them know they needed to go out to this property and see what was going on because it was appalling and dirty.

Our room was filthy, the floor wasn’t swept and there was candy on it. The bed skirt some sort of sauce on it. The hotel didn’t have anything but soda for sale and complimentary water with lemons in it that was sitting out all day.
