The air conditioner starts every half an hour, it's very noisy throughout the night, there is only one elevator, it takes more than ten minutes, there are fleas on the bed,the staff service is not bad

Gostaria de registrar meu imenso desconforto com este hotel. Fiz o check in dia 27/5 e por 5 diarias tive problema para entrar no quarto. O cartão para entrar no quarto não abria a porta. Todas as vezes que precisei entrar no quarto perdi pelo menos 15-20 minutos para conseguir entrar no quarto. Quando pedi ajuda na recepção do hotel e eles não resolvem o problema. A luz do quarto no teto por cima da cama e casal não apagava. O interruptor estava com problema e um funcionário foi 2-3 vezes para resolver o problema mas parece que esqueceu do problema e não resolveu. Paguei mais de 10 mil reias por 5 diárias e estou extremamente infeliz com este hotel Totalmente insatisfeito com o serviço prestado. Além disto, o café da manhã tinha waffle 1 dia e não conseguiram repor… só diziam que estava a caminho mas nunca chegou… enfim não recomendo este hotel.

Terrible place. The place is run down, elevator is slow, I had to get 3 different key cards cuz they kept failing. The staff was good, but overworked. They actually put someone else in my room when I went for a walk (a rude shock for both of us!).

I really like the location, the price, the friendly staff, and the cleanliness. The weather was unexpectedly cold and so the room was uncomfortably cold, as I assume the boiler was off in May. The sink drain wouldn't open, and the faucet came partway off in my hand, so I had to brush my teeth over the tub, but I was looking for convenience over luxury.

Tiny room with dingy walls and a cacophonous window-mounted ac made for an unpleasant stay. Single elevator serving the entire building was inadequate. Bare-bones appointments throughout the building did little to beautify the few common areas on offer. I won’t be staying again.

A shelf and a clothes hook and towel rack in the bathroom would have been very helpful for showering and morning evening routine. Clothes hooks in the room would have helped. Coffee maker would have been nice Breakfast was nice. Front staff were very knowledgeable and helpful Location very convenient

I love the location of this property and the service has always been friendly and responsive. It’s an older building but kept up pretty well and I’ve never had an issue with cleanliness. Maybe just my particular room this time, but definitely some maintenance minor maintenance issues that were annoying. My largest issue was the mattress; it was awful and made a very difficult night of sleep, it can’t be thrown away and replaced soon enough.

Luckily I stayed here only one night because this is a one-star experience. Some reasons: - Dirty, both outside the room and in; carpets that seem like they haven't been cleaned in years and a mattress with a torn cover and stains. Paint also looked like it hadn't been touch up in years. - A single elevator that is tiny and s l o w. - Upon arriving on my floor, area around elevator had lots of plastic garbage all around. - No remote for TV; after calling front desk about it, no remote ever showed up. - A single bedbug was found on my pillow; looked for infestation and didn't find it, but still .... - Air conditioner that was too loud; I've stayed in NY long enough to know that the rooms will be tiny, so equip it with a better AC. - Room felt dusty, and my partner was coughing, possibly from that. Staff was very nice upon being informed of said bedbug and refunded our payment.
