The air conditioning in our didn’t work. They told my husband they would have someone come fix it shortly. He waited and waited and never saw anyone and never heard back from the hotel staff. So he missed part of our evening out waiting on this hotel staff that chose not to communicate with him as first stated.
The sink in our room had a horrible drip while draining…. Then stopped up. So we had an unusable sink through the night.
Our truck was broken in to and valuables stolen in the Marriott parking lot. Even while locked.
Not a great experience any way you look at it.

Highly recommend.
Excellent stay, I enjoyed it and felt very safe and comfortable. Great location. Value for price was good.

clean but bad value
It was alright, felt like a poor value though, it was clean but a bit dingy with all the room hardware pretty worn, parking is $30 and the garage is very tight for a big vehicle, WiFi and breakfast are also not free, neighborhood it was in was alright.

Marriott don’t like 3rd party customers
It was a terrible experience. The hotel told us if it was two of us coming in we had to pay for parking twice. The website does not state this. The ppl that checked in before me didn’t have that extra charge. The staff was rude and didn’t care how the customer was affected nor inconvenienced.
All they cared about was I booked through a third party. I didn’t stay. I was so uncomfortable with the lack of customer care I left.

I expected better
It was nice in the lobby but the rooms need a little updating, The bathroom for sure. The bed was alright but it felt like the sheets where starched just real stiff and rough feeling
