It could have been better!!
**Cleanliness/upkeep could have been better.
**The grate covers were broken on the air conditioner/heater.
**The pool was closed both days my understanding was a manager needed to come and drain the overfilled pool off for it to be opened, that didn't happen.
**The breakfast was very limited but it was okay.
#*#The 2nd day we were there we found a live
/#/bedbug/#/ on one of the pillows. They offered one night refund and when I asked for both nights to be refunded they agreed. We were told the manager would call us later in the afternoon, we did not receive a call. We had to move everything to a new hotel.
**Those who were working were all helpful and kind.
**Over-all it was an unpleasant stay.
