Terrible Service, Terrible Rooms, Terrible Stay
My flight was unfortunately delayed, cancelled, and then rebooked for me to arrive the morning after my check in date. As soon as I learned this information, I contacted the hotel and asked for them to make sure not to mark me as a no show so I could check-in in the morning after all the delay. They confirmed they could do this. Then, upon arrival I was told I was marked as a no show and my room was not ready. After having to wait over 20 minutes getting in from over 20 hours of traveling the associate told us she could get us in a room. She let me know she would not refund the night I missed even though it was their fault for not checking me in. We get to our room only to discover ants infested in the air conditioner. We go down and tell them and she calls the manager to just hand us a new room key, does not apologize once throughout this entire process. Once we get to the new room we realize we are downgraded to 2 double beds instead of the queen suite I booked. Then the sheets, blankets, curtains etc all have stains all over them. At this point we didn’t want to deal with any more hassle after the long traveling day and night and day after that we had so we just dealt with it but it is not okay and not up to standards. Throughout the stay there was no check in on how the new room was, any sort of offer to make things better or any consideration for the guest. Was very disappointed in my stay and upon requesting some form of compensation they refuse to answer the phone!
