Front desk man was rude upon check in. Room requested was two rooms connected due to large family. When mentioned the man informed us that they didn’t have a joined room as we had requested and that it kids got too loud we would be kicked out. Third night there when we walked into the building you could smell weed being smoke around the front desk area. The attendant person was in the office with lights off and door closed. Other guests kids were racist with speech towards our daughter as well.

Bad nights stay
The room had bare floors, no carpet or rugs. Snow outside was brought into the room causing wet slippery floors. All the furniture was cheap pressed wood, no pictures. Nothing in the room was permanent. The bathroom soap was the size of a quarter. I will never stay in an American again. It was not customer friendly.

Overall it was okay. Bathtub wouldnt drain. We took it upon ourselves to buy a drain rooter from Walmart and take off drain cover. The amount of hair inside that drain insane. Never been cleaned im sure. It literally took less than 10 minutes to clean and have an enjoyable shower. Imagine if the did it regularly. Less than 4 minutez of work if regularly done I puked

Unclean and uncomfortable. Do not recommend
The front desk was unmanned upon arrival. My husband found someone to assist by stepping into the office after waiting several minutes. The employee was passed out in the chair and smelled of substances. The room smelled and appeared unclean. There was a pubic hair in the sheets and what looked like semen on a comforter. If we hadn’t had to check in late with young children we would have left, but they needed to go to bed and we were unsure of other options at that hour. With such conditions our family felt honestly unsafe. Packed up and left as soon as possible and canceled our second night.
