There was a youth soccer tournament in the area. Some of tge teams stayed at the hotel. I Spent 2 days having teenagers running up and down the halls at all hours and knocking on doors and running away , tried to get management to do something and all the desk clerk would say is that quiet time is at 10:00. The same thing went on after 10:00

The people of the hotel were super nice. "Southern Hospitality"!! Robert in the evening was professional and told me what to do when my flight was delayed until 1am. Nice "blond long hair lady" in the morning was the most friendly person I've ever met. All the staff was wonderful. Very clean and the lobby smells good. Perfect stay. Will definitely book here again for future stays. I rate thus hotel at 10 for the staff the cleanliness of the property the breakfast that they have there is amazing. The people that come clean your rooms change your sheets make the beds clean up bring more towels. This is a first rate hotel and every time we stay there, they always exceeded our expectations.
