Run down
Nice looking on outside, but inside is run down. Hall lights were flickering and we couldn’t get our overhead light to turn on. We had to use the lamp. Bathroom had a lot of calcium buildup and discolored tile. There was no bar in the closet to hang up clothes.

Okay place to stay for no frills hotel.
This hotel needs an update. Lots of dents, dings and scratches on the furniture, walls, etc. Places where rust on metal is showing through paint. Pool was out of order. This needs to be clear in online listings. My daughter was very disappointed.

False advertisement
I reserved there because it advertised a pool and workout room, both were closed and had been closed for some time. I was told they have no intention of reopening either. So if you plan on using this hotel and want to enjoy a pool or a run, so not go there. False advertisement.

Friendly staff, but overpriced & in need of repair
Recommended by staff from the gas station across the street who specifically mentioned the pool. The hotel staff were friendly & efficient staff. The facility was in need of repair despite some efforts at updating rooms. And the pool was out of order.

A hard pass next time.
From the cockroach in the bathroom, to the cracked walls, flickering hallway lights and rusty metal in the bathroom deep ceiling, this place did not live up to the reviews. Staff was fine. An ever present odor lingered, the carpet was sticky. Will not start here again.

Everyone was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing was that the bathroom ceiling had rust all over it and needs to be redone. Also the lock on handle to the bathroom door

I picked your hotel for the indoor pool for my grandson to swim. For the second time the pool was no usable. Last time it was closed. This time the water was very, very cold. No human being would have gone into that pool. There was no indication on the website that the pool was closed are not usable. Even though the hotel is convenient for our visit to the area, I do not like being lied to about the facilities.

Breakfast was ok. Looks better in pictures. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Little things make a big difference though... one of the closet doors was off the hinges and propped against the wall (not safe with kids), the bathroom door would not shut all the way (mostly, but wouldn't click shut), lights in the hallways were flickering & should be replaced, and our TV remote needed new batteries. (I went down to the front desk to get fresh ones.) None of these are huge issues, but lots of little things add up. I would stay here again though because I was impressed with the staff. Great job!

Staff wasn’t very friendly and seemed like I was interrupting them to check on. Main reason we got room was for indoor and immediately found out that pool wasn’t heated and room wasn’t heated, so we couldn’t swim.
