Mysigt hotell med väldigt bra läge nära tunnelbana, busshållplats och Hyde park. Väldigt tillmötesgående och hjälpsam personal. Frukosten hade kunnat vara bättre.

Nice location which felt very Londony. Friendly staff who let us leave our bags there after check out. Comfortable and had everything you'd need

The hotel is in a perfect location to quickly access the tube station. Nice & quiet too. Towels were stained & the rooms are quite basic however I would stay again.

It is a lovely hotel we could not find it at first but when we did it was a little gem nice rooms very spacious and comfortable staff friendly and helpful nice bathroom with bath breakfast was included in the price which is very good easy check on and out close to bus stop shops near by just a cross the road for Kensington gardens

An average hotel with general maintenance not great in all areas.Rooms seemed to be quite warm at night despite heating off requiring us to sleep with window open.

A lovely quiet hotel tucked away from the main road! Modern feel yet stately. The man on reception was happy, approachable & very welcoming. Our room was upgraded on arrival - to a very large room with a beautiful bathtub! Bed was big and super cosy :)

Great location, very quiet area, close to many Pubs, Restaurants and Paddington station.

8/10 很好

The staff was very nice and allowed us a pretty early check in. It's a quite area of town, so that was nice. The room was spacious and cool. My only issue was that the shower was a bit hard to figure out and, once we did, the hot water was sparce. It would be warm/hot and then you'd suddenly get blasted with cold water for a few seconds...and then it'd go back to hot. Otherwise, lovely stay. Nice staff. Location very close/walkable distance to Paddington Station.

Good location, was able to drop bags off before check in. Room was clean and tidy. Windows were draughty, no where to hang your towels in the bathroom as hook had obviously fallen off and not been replaced. Bath didn't have a plug, so couldn't use bath. Water was slow to drain in the sink and in the bath from the shower. However, this would not put us off from staying again, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very minor issues which didn't spoil our stay

Located nicely in a tranquil area, but close distance to Paddington Station and lively area; tube station, and Hyde Park. Hotel a bit worn, but clean and friendly. Black out curtains. Safe not bolted to wall, and room keeping entered despite “do not disturb” sign on door. But overall recommendable
